Kittles in Hancock Cemetery

From Stephentown Genealogy: Roots & More

Hancock, Massachusetts During our October, 2006 visit to Stephentown and the surrounding area, I had the opportunity to visit with Joyce Stanga and her parents, Dece and Betty Auger Vanderbogart. It was during this visit that I learned where my great great great grandfather, Francis Kittle was buried. Clint and I visited the Hancock Cemetery on a very cold day, and found the gravesites of not only Francis Kittle, but his first wife, Hannah Brodie, who was my great great great grandmother. We stayed just long enough to take the few photos on this page. The cemetery is huge, and it was very COLD! You could say that this page is self-serving, but I know of others interested in the Kittles, so here are some gravestones for them as well.
